Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Our courier will pick up the item from your address.
  4. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, intimate items, and digital products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
